What does the percentage mean?

It’s the share of the chocolate that comes from the cacao itself: the nibs and the butter. The 100% is all cacao.

Can my café or shop stock it?

We’d love that. Send us a note on the wholesale page and we’ll be in touch when wholesale opens.
